Raygun provides tools and services that help software developers make better software. In order to do that, we collect both information that our customers give us directly and information we gather from the way customers use our services.p
Raygun collects information from two main groups: our customers, who develop software for end users, and the end users themselves. Our service will automatically collect certain information about end users who access the applications that use our service.
Data transmitted will relate to an error or exception and the environment under which it occurred. Information collected may include IP addresses, or that of any end user of your application. IP address collection can be disabled on a per-plan basis via account settings. Information is only used to aid in the diagnosis of errors and performance issues for you as a Raygun customer.
We also collect information from site visitors. You may visit our site without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Like many online service providers, we use cookies and our site does collect information such as domain names, IP address, browser type, operating system, access times and referring web site addresses. This type of information does not personally identify you. We use this information to personalize your experience and remember your preferences each time you visit our website.
